Rosemary-Roasted Seabream

I'm becoming a real fan of Moxon's on Lordship Lane and I don't agree with all of you that say they're over-priced. Last week, I phoned them looking for seaweed for an ice display I'm doing tomorrow and they were incredibly helpful and there it was, waiting for me today, a giant net bag of the freshest, most beautiful seaweed ever and just £4!
I had Scrap with me and he's mad for fish - likes to look at the eyes and check for teeth. Anyway, he chose this seabream for his lunch (the most lovely but one of the most expensive of fish), it weighed in at just under 500g and was only £3.94!
I say hooray for Moxon's! It's more fun than Soft Play!

1 x 500g seabream, cleaned
olive oil
handful of rosemary stalks (we put some in our pockets when we were at Sunray Gardens earlier)
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced

Preheat the oven to 220C /Gas 7.

Splash a little oil onto a baking sheet and scatter over the rosemary stalks. Score the fish then slip the onion rings and garlic inside.

Place on top of the rosemary, drizzle with a little more oil and roast for 15 - 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.

No it was Scrap's lunch and he's eaten it! Your having macaroni cheese for tea. I've just seen myself on Daily Cooks with arms like giant raw sausages so I'm having mineral water and maybe a Ryvita :(

Do not eat your dinner in The Dog! Gavin if you're hungry, come round here first

Don't tell him that! There'll be none left for me (or you).

I'm cooking Christmas for press day. I have turkeys, gooses, gammons, 3 ribs of beef and 2 ducks. I also have all the party food that has ever been invented. I am going to be cooking until the sun rises again :( I think there's enough for Gavin. in fact Gavin would you like a goose to take home? You'll have to cook it yourself though

Regrettably my goose was cooked sometime ago!

Hi NMoO!
I've been up and down the street and managed to get rid of a lot. Noel directly opposite bravely took on a big goose with stuffing. I have a beautiful turkey crown and a duck left if I can interest you. Or anybody else?
